Does anyone know why an order would still say "waiting for approval" 3 business days after placing the order 
I reached them through online live chat as well as phone call. They said my order was stuck in system somewhere and he already raised a ticket to relevant team. They said I would be answered in 2 business days. But after 2 business days, nothing changed.
BTW, this order was paid through Samsung Pay. I'm not sure whether there's any problem with the payment.
I placed another tonight and paid through card. I got order confirmation mail straight away after the order.
Who knows why?

Hi @dzhu, that's strange. Are you able to send through a direct message with the following details so that I may investigate further: 

1. Full name

2. Phone number

3. Delivery address

4. Order number.

Most likely, this is a poor-quality payment system, because if the sellers had a high-quality payment system, you would immediately receive a text message that your payment has been confirmed. I also have my own business, and I bought myself high-quality terminals with contactless payments, which work instantly, and are not buggy. I don't regret a bit that I ordered them.
