Had the worst customer service experience from Samsung to date. Very rude employee over the line and couldnt even get a word in as I was spoken over the moment I spoke. Got transferred to the wrong line and as I tried to explain my problem, she doesn't bother to listen and tells me to call again to the right department.

I think you can try ajust.com.au/complaints/samsung

You can do the same on here (as you already are) - but are you comfortable sharing with us any more details about your specific issue?

You can call Samsung and talk to them about your problem; they'll try to help more. And don't worry, because there are more kind employees than there are rude ones.

Samsung has always had a link on its Web page, to fool the licensing authorities. The link goes nowhere.

Where? Link, please. Not angry, by the way.

And depending on your type of issue you can always get in contact with the telecommunications ombudsman to try and get a resolution.

Samsung is definitely going downhill. I am using an S22. I have the Phone icon on my Home screen, even when the device is doing nothing, but I can't use it to answer calls. There is no point in having "bells and whistles " if basic functions don't work.
