Why does the calculator app not have fractions?

Shouldn't it be just a basic feature to be able to calculate fractions in the stock calculator app?

It would be a life saver, especially for high school and university students.

You can always just download a scientific calculator on the Google play store?

I'd imagine there's no need for Samsung developers to spend time/energy, when there are dedicated apps you can simply download.
