As a starting point load an app called Wi-Fi Analyzer by fastproc. This app allows you to move around the house checking where the strongest signals are and to compare where the strongest signal is. 2.4 Ghz is slower but travels further. Within 2.4 and 5 there are bands. These show whether other devices or neighbouring networks are causing problems. If you can access your router, if in 2.4 band 1 is free you can set it to use that as being better than 11 or 12. (Your router can be set to choose best band or set to use only 1. A lot of routers also allow you to allocate a minimum bandwidth to a device, allowing you to set a minimum for the S23 Ultra. In the long term if it is a wi-fi signal strength problem you may want to use a wi-fi extender and place it somewhere close to the mid-point between your router and the weak area. Wi-fi connection is a dark art and doing quite a lot of Googling will help to solve or reduce the problem.
