Basically when I turn my wifi on and try to use a specific connection it turns wifi off
I'm using a13 and it only happened after I updated the phone
I've asked for help several times and I'm currently using 2 bars of mobile data to even send this

Hi @DecidueyesRandm

Have you tried resetting the phones network settings?

To do this, Settings-> General management-> Reset-> Reset Network Settings.

Please be aware that this will Reset WiFi, Bluetooth and Cellular settings, so any BT devices and WiFi connections will need to be to be setup again.

I hope this helps.

You can also try change the Mac address type to either random or phone.

Go to your WiFi, click the settings wheel next to your WiFi and you should be able to see the above setting.

Find wi-fi network settings for your network. Advanced, and choose forget network. Reconnect (also choose auto-reconnect option). Remember to have your password available. Does your phone's wi-fi work elsewhere, shopping centre, library? If so this narrows down causes.

Hi @DecidueyesRandm, there's some great suggestion above from our Community. If these do not resolve your issue, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Let us know how you go.
