Have you tried going into your wifi settings and tap on forget wifi and then put your wifi info back in again @gtcgc

You can also try change the Mac address type to either random or phone.

Go to your WiFi, click the settings wheel next to your WiFi and you should be able to see the above setting.

Look at wifi network settings and check if auto reconnect is turned on. However, frequent resets indicate that there is another problem. This could be distance from router, interference from walls inbetween, a neighbour using the same bandwidth as you. So, first load app WiFi Analyzer. Walk around the house and check if the resets only occur in some areas (interference). The app allows you to see what other networks are close by and whether they are using the same band. Check your router settings and set to auto choose best band or, using app identify the best band yourself and lock to that. It is quite a complex area so multiple causes. Google wi-fi connection proplems. We have an 18 metre length house and the far end has more trouble connecting. 2.4 network is a lot slower than 5 but better coverage. If it is a distance problem consider wi-fi extender and other forms of repeating the wi-fi signal. E.g. Google nest and similar from other companies.

Hi @gtcgc, thanks for reaching out. There are some great suggestions from the Community in this thread. I also suggest restarting your router if possible.

If this does not resolve the issue, please send an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
