I was ready to chuck my new a55 after concerted attempts to maintain connectivity. No internet, no phone access, no messages, no maps . Left me stranded and alone many times.
Samsung help tried for hours.
Finally my son in law suggests turning off 5g and running the 4g option.
So far so good
But why doesn't the phone pick up the signal that is available, 4g was obviously there the whole time and the options on the phone state it would revert to whatever was available
And why didn't samsung offer the option way back when it started...
