I have suddenly stopped receiving text msgs and cannot seem to fix it. I have followed the fix steps but still not working  can anyone assist me pls.

You can try the following:
1: Try to check if theres any update available for your phone, and please update to latest version of One ui if possible
2: Try go to settings- connectivity - sim card management and try to turn off and on the sim card manually to refresh your mobile signal
3: try restart your phone

If these can't be solved, try go to troubleshooting in this app and send a error report

Have you tried sending an sms to yourself to test?

Is issue happening to both Google Messages app and the built-in Samsung Messages?

Download Samsung smart tutor, phone Samsung go through phone menu to speak to technical expert he can enter your phone by remote control, and check out your phone, solved many of my problems. Regards Ned

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
