A14 has Zero SmartView abilities.

My previous phone was a A11, it was a fantastic little phone, Zero issues for 3 years, untill a metal torch fell on the apex of the case & spit the screen.

I became very attached to the SmartView feature, it worked great on my Samsung Crystal TV. 

Now I have wasted too many hours trying to get 3rd party apps to work, an Anycast gongle and even direct HDMI & USB cabling failed.

I now hate mu A14 5G, I have sever buyers remorse with this product.

You guys are my last hope at mirroring my A14 to my Samsung Crystal TV again.

Please.. can anyone help me?

I have had any issues with any previously bought Samsung products over 30 yrs.

What can I do to fix this?

Just download a screen mirroring app, also download the same app on your TV

I tried that with 9 different apps, not one even found my Samsung TV...
My previous A11 hooked up and mirrored my TV in about 15 seconds.
This stupid A14 can't even find my TV...

The a14 runs on one ui core, so it shouldn't have 1st party smartview capabilities.

A14 is absolute garbage and the A15s are even worse, (read A15 reviews 🙄)

Never again, first time ever negative reviews from me will be flooding every available reviews websites.
Maybe Samsung will pay attention to my complaint?🫡
Or should I just invest in a Motorola instead?🤔

The point of my complaint is, my previous A11 had all functions operating fine.
The A11
:- No screen freeze
:- WiFi connections very simple 👌
:- Bluetooth effective
;- SmartVeiw operating system perfect.
The A15 has zero of these postitives.
