Galaxy AI tried the recovery mode and did the wipe cache, didn't make much difference. I did notice a reference to 'lacking storage booting ' but there is no where to proceed with it.

Galaxy AHi @papasnail, do you have any files in a secure folder? This could possibly be a cause of this issue. My recommendation would be to try and update your A30 and see if this storage issue is still persisting after that. If it is, please let me know.

Galaxy AI am assuming you didn't receive my 2 e-mails this morning...
G'day Tina,
I removed the SD card and restarted into recovery mode. A message in red said " not enough storage resource. Perform lacking storage booting " . How do I do that? Also,all the apps on the SD card still appear, although greyed
