New update has enabled aptx

Since the latest update,my new jabra bluetooth speakers stop working automatically as when they connect the audio codec is changed from sbc to aptx and I have to change it back manually to get sound

Anybody know how to delete or permanently disable aptx?

You can change it from the Bluetooth audio codec menu in developer options.

Thanks for nothing, that's exactly what he wrote. But you need to do it EVERY TIME you reconnect the speakers/headphones.

Someone on here the other day was asking about this codec, i bet they are happy they now have the option.
