A30 will not switch on.

The screen shows a 'power off ' and a 'restart' icon which don't appear to work. When connected to a pc, it shows as folder empty and battery is 100%.

G'day,
I removed the card tray and the phone switched on. I wiped the cards and returned them...all good.
Any idea why?????
