All incoming calls showing as private number

Had to contact telco and they fixed at their end

HELP!!!

All incoming calls are showing as private number. Have 

• cleared phone app cache and data, 
• changed phone settings, 
• restarted phone, 
• software up to date

Any help appreciated, getting frustrated

More info would help diagnose.. Have you just changed telco? Or Have you just changed phone?

Haven't changed telco or phone

I googled "samsung incoming calls all showing as private". Several answers in links listed.

I did the same with many variations and tried the suggestions, no success

Can't suggest anything else other than checking sync settings.

Resolved - Contacted telco and they had to fix at their end
