It is possible that the update may be moved. There are various reasons why there are some delays in the roll-out of the software updates to specific Regions/Countries. Usually they iron out the bugs first so that once it is stable enough for daily use, it is then rolled out. Have patience, there's nothing you can do but wait as Samsung will push it out to your device sooner.
