For now, One UI 5 based on Android 13 is still in beta in selected countries, the Philippines being not one of them. You'll be notified here on Samsung Members for the eligible lists of devices and the date of the roll-out. The stable roll-out may be in the last quarter of the year, starting with the Flagships. I suggest you turn on Automatic Download over WiFi so that it's ready to download once it is available. For now, we just wait.
