Try installing Wattpad using this link: Wattpad - Read & Write Stories - Apps on Google Play

I don't suggest using APKs downloaded off the internet as they may come with malware, which can put your security at risk!

I already tried it many times but there's a saying that APP NOT INSTALLED. I also try to install it on galaxy store but it's still APP NOT INSTALLED

Factory reset is my last resort but I'm afraid to lost my data or files, so I don't want to reset my phone. I don't to risk it

Yes. I downloaded the link that @jamesrred gave me. Just look on the comment section you can see it. Install apkmirror then appmirror installer. You can un install it after you use it
