Though I'm not sure why this isn't installing, do other app installation from the Playstore fails too? Or just this app in particular?

Just the wattpad. But sometimes other apps also show those notification but when I tap the understood button it will install tho.

I already try many times but there's a saying that APP NOT INSTALLED

There may be two reasons.

A. The app has a firmware requirement.
B. You have no more storage.

How can I know if the app has a firmware requirement?
And I also have enough storage for the app
