Auto pause.

Good day samsung community!

I'm experiencing auto pause to my running videos. For example i'm watching a short clip in fb or youtube, the video will auto-paused. And in Instagram auto-audio off happens. 

I'm not experiencing ghost touch. This online happens when i watch vids.

Do you experiencing the same as mine?

Btw...I'm using samsung galaxy A32 (4g).

Idk if i already solved the problem.

Im playing a video in google chrome. While using other apps like fb, youtube and ig.

While the google chrome continues playing it interrupted my other apps. When i closed my chrome the other apps played normal.

Of course the playback stops. you can't play multiple videos or music on a phone.

No. That's not what they're saying. They mean exactly what they said cuz I have the same issue on my A32. While watching videos or listening to music, it will pause by itself at random times. There are no auto pause settings or pause when not looking at screen settings.

Ok. I understand. Having the same issue on my a10s. Youtube music randomly stops playing for no reason. But works fine on my a51

I don't own any other type of android device, but if I'm using an apple/ios device even my Spotify was playing and i'm playing a video with audio in IG. Both sounds from the apps are playing.

As for my solution to my problem while using samsung device. I don't use chrome while listening to Spotify.

I think you're the only one who's having the problem. If you see someone having this issue, could you mention it? This is a rare issue.
