Hi.

Since the Android 11 update my Bluetooth stops working. It is running, but when I scan there are no Bluetooth devices available.

When I do a Reset Network, it starts working again and I see all my Bluetooth devices. Unfortunately this only stays working for a few hours & then I have to reset Network settings & reconfig everything again. Fun. Any way to downgrade?

Hi there, are you receiving any prompts or pop-ups when it disconnects?

To start I would recommend clearing data from the app in the phone's settings:

Settings > Apps  > show system apps > Bluetooth > storage > clear cache.

If this does not work, I also suggest sending an Error Report via the Samsung Members app and attaching log data for analysis. I recommend sending these error reports within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring. To do this:

Open Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Report > Bluetooth > Describe issue and frequency > Tick 'send log data' > Send.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the prompt response. There is no prompt or pop-up to indicate when the problem occurs. Of course this makes it difficult to produce an error report within minutes of the problem occurring.

As suggested I tried deleting the Bluetooth Cache when the problem occurred, but this did not work on its own. Combined with the network reset it worked, but the problem still keeps happening.
I will continue with resets when problem happens and produce an error report as close as I can to knowing when it happens.
I feel like the time between needing a reset is a little longer now. Nearly up to 4 hours now and still working yay.
Will update again later.
Cheers
