Camera Failed after Update

I updated my Galaxy A12 yesterday and now the camera won't open. It keeps saying "Warning: Camera Failed"

The rear camera works okay but the front won't open. I tried clearing the cache and data for the camera app and even deleted some of my apps that uses the camera. I reset app preferences and still not working. Has anyone experienced this problem as well? Will Factory Reset really do the trick?

Have you tried to troubleshoot via Phone & dial *#0*# ?

Hi, thanks for responding :))
I havent tried that yet but i did the interactive check here on the app and it shows that the front cam is the problem

If the front cam don't work, that probably means the hardware problem. It is advised to bring it to the service center.

Hi @hbeeee since your also samsung galaxy a12 user, just wanted to ask if alam mo paano yung tv mirroring neto? I tried searching it in google pero iba lumalabas. Pumunta nko sa software update and updated it pro wala. Wala rin akong makita na smart share. Tnx in advance

TRY mo tap TV input sa remote nang Tv mo hanapin mo yong screen mirroring na nka flash sa screen sigoruhiñ mo lng na malakas ang signal nang wifi mo at e connect mo yang celphone mo sa tv..
