camera failed

Hi my samsung a80s camera has been having a problem just recently, when i open the camera app the rear cam seems to be working fine, but when i try to flip to the front cam it turns black and it says camera failed, so i tried to restart my phone and then the camera turns to normal again, but when i try to use the front cam it always turns into camera failed, huhu pls help :). Ty

also when i try to press the buttons in the camera app it doesnt respond it just stays there like idk what to do :(

sorry to hear about this. i suggest calling remote support via Smart Tutor so they can take a look at it but it does seem like you need to bring it to a service center. did anything happen to your phone recently? like maybe it got bumped or accidentally fell?

nothing serious really happened to my camera it just turned into crap, but i will try to use smart tutor to see if they can try to fix it 😕
