Galaxy AHello shaie,
We appreciate your inquiry regarding the recovery of your Samsung Notes backup.
Similar to our dear Samsung member Khaled75's reply, Samsung Notes files can be checked and recovered up to the last known back-up date & time through Samsung Cloud or other Personal Cloud Storage & File Sharing Platform.
However, the data got deleted for your Samsung Notes if you do the factory reset and it would be wise if you have taken a backup.
You can also check the SD card if you stored or saved Samsung Notes files there.
Following are the steps involved in creating backup before factory reset.
Step 1. Navigate to Settings.
Step 2. Scroll down to select Accounts and backup.
Step 3. Tap Backup and restore.
Step 4. Under Google account, turn on Back up my data.
Step 5. Also tap Google Account, then toggle on Back up to Goggle Drive on the next page.
