Can I use wifi and mobile data at the same time?

Hello, before I can use mobile data and wifi at the same time. (Even sa notif bar, dalawang connection ang may icon) But after the recently android 12 update I only used one connection at a time. Please help me.

And another one when i googled this speedify but it have some limits youu can see what i mean about the it have an subcription so its limited to 2gb per month

The phone will prioritize which connection is more stable. Kung mas mabilis ang WiFi mo, kahit naka on yung Data mo, WiFi icon lang magpapakita sa taas. Besides, having those two active at the same time is a huge battery hog, so decide kalang kung ano sa dalawa mas gusto mong gamitin at i off mo na lang yung isa. I prefer WiFi kasi Cellular is heavier.

The only solution ,  that I find till now,  is to go to settings  - use data -  app that use only mobile data,  and check the app that you want to use,  Chrome for example,  or YouTube or any app Activating  from developer - always  mobile has no effect,  doesn't  matter  if is checked  or not .  Unfortunately if you forget to unckeck  this app,  it will consume data all the time,  even if you are connected  to your home network . And the annoying part is that you  must do this all the time,  as the data app doesn't  have a history of your used app neither an search menu,  so when you  want to use both WI fi with no internet connection and data in the same time,  you  ll need to manually  check any app that you  want to use!!
