Can't enroll device due to it already being enrolled

I have never enrolled into knox guard, this is a phone I brought recently, from a cousmer store. This issue just happened suddenly. When I first got the device the oem unlock option was there, so no knox guard, but now it's gone. So I can't enroll the device myself.
