OK, is Samsung going to fix this issue? I had a perfectly good 2 year old A53 5g working perfectly until the recent android 14 update UI 6.1 which immediately fried my phone.
If I were to go to the fuel station and expect to fill my car with gasoline but instead concrete comes out, the fuel station would be liable.
Are you going to fix this Samsung?

If you want to investigate you could open in safe mode (Google it or read manual). Check if this problem occurs, if not add one app and restart. Do this slow process one app at a time until the problem arises. If it does read up on clearing caches. Use Community page, top right, to search for "clear cache". Another option also search in the same area for Access Point Name. Alternatively click on my name, go to my comments and scroll down until you find my previous replies on this. Might be quicker.
