How do I type ↑ without having to copy and paste it? I've been searching for ages and holding down the ^ symbol won't show any options for any arrow symbols either. It works fine for other hidden symbols. I can still type things like ‽‰№ but the arrow symbols do show up anywhere.

Creating text shortcuts under Samsung Keyboard is a convenient way to save time while typing. To set up shortcuts, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your Samsung device.
2. Scroll down and tap on "General management."
3. Choose "Samsung Keyboard settings."
4. Tap on "Text shortcuts."
5. Select the "+" button to add a new shortcut.
6. In the "Shortcut" field, enter the abbreviation you want to use.
7. In the "Phrase" field, type the full text or phrase you want the abbreviation to expand into.
8. Tap "Save" to save your new text shortcut.
Now, whenever you type the abbreviation you set up, Samsung Keyboard will automatically replace it with the corresponding phrase, saving you time and keystrokes.

Thanks, I did try the text shortcut method before posting this but I use ↑ for arithmetic hyperoperations a lot. I made ^^ the shortcut but if I try to write 2↑↑2 for example, I have to put a space to seperate the 2 and ^^ for it to work. I then have to edit it with backspace which is still an annoying hassle. I just don't understand why ↑ doesn't show up when holding the ^ symbol on my keyboard when the internet says that's how you type it with a samsung keyboard. Thanks for the help though.

The above option can be programmed with or without spaces, between characters.
