Hi all. I have the no signal icon showing on the top of the screen. The flight mode is 'shadowed' - neither full colour nor greyed out but flight mode is definitely off in Settings. I put the SIM in my old S7 and service is fine and I can make/receive SMS and calls. Went through all the steps with Samsung customer service (eg network reset) and no resolution. They pointed me here. Has anyone else seen this before? Thanks.
