Can't send to apple

Hi, we have a A15 5G 6 months old around 29 June it stopped sending and receiving messages from and to apple phones. Nothing seems to fix it. We have messaged samsung and we have rest everything. Mobile networks etc. Any ideas greatly appreciated

If you can , could you try another sim on this phone and see if it send to Apple devices ?
