Need help po. Itong samsung A13 4g ko bigla na lang ayaw na magcharge. Nag clear cache, change cord ako ayaw parin. Ano pwedeng gawin? July 7 this year ko lang to binili. Pwede pa ba papalitan to o yung warranty magagamit pa?

Ganito po nalabas. Nilinisan ko na po yung mga saksakan baka may alikabok wala parin pong nangyayari.

Nasubukan ko na ilipat **bleep** sa charging phone only kaso wala parin. Nakaconnect cp ko ngayon sa charger kaso hindi talaga nagccharge.

UPDATE

Dinala ko po sa Service Center para magpa replace ng charger since 4 months pa lang at pasok pa sa warranty. Pero sinubukan nila lahat ng charger ayaw talaga gumana sa phone ko. Ending po pinalitan po ang charging port dahil yun daw po ang problema ng cp hindi po ang charger.

Monday ko po nadala nakuha ko din po kahapon Tuesday. Tinanggal po tempered para tignan kung may basag ang LCD at No File Deletion po.
