Charging port issue

My phone started to not charge and I don't know why. I tried to restart and change chargers and checked the port if there's debris and nothing changed. I just want to know if I have it checked at a Samsung Center, do I need to show the receipt, or how much does it cost to repair? I already lost the receipt, unfortunately.

Thanks for letting us know here about the charging port issue of your beloved Samsung Galaxy phone and also the need of presenting the original receipt should you submit your device to Samsung Authorized Service Center for repair and how much will it cost you. 

I feel that you are worried that you've lost the receipt. But don't fret, you may still request a copy of "Certificate of Purchase" from the Samsung dealer or Samsung Experience Store where you bought your item. This certificate will also be used to determine whether your device is still covered by warranty.

And when it comes to cost, it is with regret that I don't have an specific amount and details due to the initial assessment that needs to be done by our team of Samsung experts in order to pinpoint what causing the not charging issue. However, if any physical damages, out of warranty or no defects found, charges will apply.
