Configuration update stuck

Hi, can you help me how to remove this? It stuck installing since i bought it.

Try to go to your list of apps on Settings, toggle on show System apps> Clear config update data

Or just connect to the internet and wait for those apps to be downloaded and installed

Just connect it to internet and wait for some time, those apps are installing/updating in the background.

Those apps will be installed or updated once your device got updated or if you finished setting up your new device

Thank you for your suggestion. But I already clear data the Configuration update and it was already remove. It has been installing for more than a week now and it always annoys me.
