CONNECTIVITY ISSUES CONTINUE TO PERSIST

Hi. I never thought after a week my phone restored the same issue by itself, will come back again.

My wifi, bluetooth and hotspot is acting up again. JUST LIKE THE LAST TIME 😞 But it was resolved. And then again today, minutes away, I experienced the same issue again.

Bring your phone to a service center. Before doing that, give their call center a call so you can set up an appointment and have a ticket number for the issue.

EDIT: Also try to use the help button on the bottom of the samsung members app. You can send an email to them as well.

You can try to Reset the Network Settings by going to Settings app then look for General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Try restarting your phone. Or do a soft reboot.

or maybe try using your phone in safe mode? see if any app is causing the connectivity issues.
