Downloading do not turn off

Can someone answer me I'm from Philippines I have a problem in my Galaxy Samsung A02 there is a blue screen and it said Downloading do not turn off target I already tried some ways do you also experience this kind of problem? I already tried what said in the screen to volume up and power off key for 7 sec and tried to reboot or factory data reset but it will always back to blue screen

I already do that in a technician they said they do software issue but eventually due to it always bring to the blue screen after I used it 3 days without a problem then after the next day it kept coming back to blue screen again it always back after reseting from a computer. They said it maybe the hardware issue do you think also?

Yes. There are steps to follow:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
3. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
4. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
5. Navigate to and select Yes.
6. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

Bruh, your phone just got soft bricked. And the only way to restore this, by using a PC and a software called odin. Just bring it to the service centre so they can flash the right firmware for your phone.

Service center like? Where do you think I can find it? Did you experience also the same problem

I don't have the problem, but I have experience of doing such things (flashing firmware)

Yes.
Or you can change the mobo (motherboard).


Maybe bring it back to the technician then tell them to boot to download mode even if it's already in download mode
