Fast Charging Issue

Hi everyone!

My phone is not charging fast even I used my original samsung fast charger. My fast charging in settings is enabled. 

I tried my charger on other Samsung A series smart phones and it function well.

Would you please help me how to fix this issue. Thank you everyone! Stay safe!

Hi!

I already used samsung members to diagnosed. It says that my "cable charging" is normal.

But the problem is, even I enabled my "Fast Charging" in stettings, my phone shows "Cable Charging" whenever I charged it. As a result, may charging speed is too slow than before.
