Updated to Android 12 last week and now mobile data does not work.  I think the apn gets changed somehow during this upgrade.  Does Samsung have a fix for this or will it be addressed in a patch release and if so when.  About ready to chuck the phone out.  On Telstra in Australia and previously no issues.

If I understand correctly, some carriers have different APNs for 5G. You can update the APN settings yourself, or create a new connection by going to Settings - Access Point Names. I always recommend writing down separately the current settings in case you want to revert. Telstra 5G settings can be found here https://www.myapnsettings.com/2020/07/telstra-5g-apn-settings.html

Hi @Jim7, thanks for reaching out. I haven't heard of any trending issues in relation to Android 12 and the A32 series.

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

I applied Troubadour's suggestion which seems to have fixed the issue.  Shouldn't really have to happen in the first place though.  Phone has been fine for 6months or more - one upgrade and settings all change....
