Galaxy A71 voice mail

Having trouble setting up voice mail. What is my voicemail number? Have input my phone number but it tells me the line is busy when I want to access it to check. Can people leave me a voice message? Annoying it doesn't do voice to text.

Hi @aussienomad, the steps to set up voicemail can vary based off your carrier. Guides for the set up can be found on the website. 

Which network provider are you with? (e.g Vodafone, Optus, Telstra etc.)

your voicemail number is your usual phone number. but it seems like you need to reach out to your provider from the sounds of it! you can also ask them to see if they can also set up voicemail messages. i'm with telstra and I get voicemail as messages
