Hi there, the Game launcher is not compatible or available from you're device because we differences between One UI and One UI core.

Even my Galaxy A10 has the Game Launcher since it was launched in early 2019 and its in a budget segment. Try to go to go to Galaxy Store and search for Game launcher and install it manually.
