My Samsung A54 keeps turning itself to Silent. Samsung have removed in 3 times and can't fix it.
I cannot leave my phone due to family health issues. Isn't there some way to make an appointment with a technician and wait.
Apparently iPhone can do that

Is it just the volume going silent? Or is it totally going Do not disturb mode or sleep mode?

You might need to check if you have scheduled Do not disturb running or routines that turn your volume to silent.

You can also try backing up your phone, and start your phone in safe mode. Just to isolate if it's not a 3rd party app causing the issue. Last resort is to do a factory reset.

Just tge volume. Other modes are off.
I have done factory reset doesn't help

Looks like a hardware issue then. You can send a dm to community managers here for assistance. They might provide help on how you can make an appointment if you are having difficulties. Or send them an email here members.au@samsung.com

All sorted checked Modes and Routines and solved the problem
Samsung staff never looked there
