Oww that might be a software issue, reflashing the firmware will help in that case.

As our one co-member said, try bringing your device to the nearest Samsung Service Center near in your area, and try to tell them the issue.

Yes its done already but still the same. Experiencing not once but many times. Reported to Samsung and they gave instructions how to fix it but nothing happen.
