Need help . May Isa pang Tao na gumagamit ng samsung account ko and identity ko. I've been calling samsung regarding this.. palagi ko tuloy need magbura ng samsung account.

Okay naman sana kaso nakaka stresss nababago ung mga settings. Kung di ka maalam sa fon lalo kung mga senior citizen gagamit ..kawawa di nila alam hi ahack na sila

Why not just factory reset the phone, then make a new Samsung account and link it to the fresh phone? Besides, settings shouldn't change automatically unless you restore data. Syncing doesn't include settings. That requires manual backup and restoration.

Hindi naman na chachange ang firmware ng phone kahit mahack pa Samsung Account mo. DS means dual sim, XTC is the CSC for the Philippines.

First time I've heard of this issue. Did you enable two-step verification and other recovery methods?

Yes i did. Well i dont know what happened but it happened

Well found out that the person is using secure folder to use the other IMEI of the phone.
