HELP ME PO! Why can't i connect to the 5ghz wifi

why can't i connect to the 5ghz wifi, is it my phone not compatible? its Samsung A12 btw. But I also did my research about it, it stated (by samsung I searched on) that samsung a12 (nacho specifically) can connect to an 5ghz wifi, although why can't I? Please help me po, I've been searching for help about weeks na, and I kept on pa loads nalang since I need something to keep on my school works ;((

hello there, yes, you are right. Unfortunately, it's about the compatibility. The Samsung A12 does not support 5Ghz or the AC standard. Only 2.4Ghz.

with Samsung A12? No. It's hardware limitation.

But you may consider other model that supports 5Ghz. Like A15 5G
