Hello Earlcute,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your experience with low battery dump messages in your Samsung Galaxy device.

I really understand that you are worried, knowing where it's coming from. But do not worry as we are here to help.

The battery is the beating heart of your device, giving you the power you need to use your favorite apps.

To begin with, a "low battery dump" would be a dump of the system when the battery gets low. It may be a defect due to bad hardware, environment and usage causing the battery to be discharged too quickly.

Together, we will sort what behind the reasons of low battery dump and will find out the possible solutions as below.

You can utilize the Diagnostic of Samsung Members app as follows:

https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-diagnostics-in-the-samsung-members-app-...

Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version.

A) To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

B) Diagnostics of Samsung Members app.

https://www.samsung.com/ph/apps/samsung-members/

Step 1. Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen.

Step 2. Tap View tests located under Diagnostics.

Step 3. If you would like to run through all of the Diagnostics checks, tap Test all.

Step 4. Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

Step 6. When necessary, you may need to manually run or interact with the corresponding function. (Battery)

Step 7. If preferred, you may check specific Diagnostics for Battery and tap them directly to begin.

Step 8. For individual diagnostic checks, you can view your results after the check is complete.

C) Battery and device care gives you all the tools you need to keep your device running smoothly, automatically optimizing your battery, storage, memory, and security. When you open Battery and Device Care; your phone will run a diagnostic check and give you a score out of 100. The higher your score is, the better optimized your device is.

Go to Settings Battery and device care > Optimize now.
