Why when useing my phones hot spot an the device I have connected says no internet connection how do I fix this

Check, Bluetooth share is on.
Refer to the image attachment.
Note: if, you have Access Control turned on @ the Router or Hub, make sure All devices, which use WiFi are in the Whitelist, even Hotspot devices.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
