Hi, can someone help by sharing how I can stop apps being downloaded via galaxy store on my child's phone? It can't be done via Family Link and now I can't even disable the glaxy store app in phone settings.
If i remember correct, it requires you to sign in using an email address to download an app. Can it be that you don't sign in your child's phone to prevent app download.
Hello and thank you so much for replying. I followed your suggestion and signed out of galaxy store which signed me out of all samsung services / apps. How would this effect the other functions of the phone? Also would this make it easier for my my son to create his own samsung account and sign into galaxy store, and download apps unchecked?
Other functions and apps which do not require signing in should work fine i think. How old is your son? If he can follow prompts in the screen on how to create his own account and sign in, that can be a possibility.
