Hello, may I put this question to the community, before asking Samsung directly:
My partner is a person with a disability. I want to answer incoming calls with a voice command like "hey google [or bixby] answer call." when the phone has been idle and the screen is blank/closed. For example my phone rings late at night on my bedside table and I cannot reach it. I have no security set up on the phone. It seems the phone will only respond voice to voice commands when the screen is active.
I suspect the google or bixby can do this, but haven't figured out how as yet.
Hi @legacyhardware, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately this option isn't available on our devices. An alternative you could try would be the method mentioned below for 'answer automatically' however it does require a bluetooth device connected.
We do appreciate your feedback regarding this, and have passed it on internally.
