2.Now tap on Settings Icon.
3.Click on marker to Enable or Disable QR Codes Scan.

Galaxy AHi @Mezza56, you can use the QR Code scanner in Samsung Internet. To do so: launch Samsung Internet > ☰ (in bottom right corner) > Settings > Customise menu > drag QR code scanner from grey area to the menu.
If you you prefer not to use Samsung Internet, I would recommend following @Nugzo's suggestions.
