Good morning! The primary SIM card is unable to access the Internet while using it to make a call. During calls, your phone will switch from a 4G network to a 2G/3G network which will result in you being unable to access the Internet at the same time. To access the Internet during calls, you need to enable VoLTE HD calls.

It's ok, but if you want your data connection remains open while someone is calling you, kindly enable VoLTE in the settings 😁
