MIC ISSUE

Does anyone know here how to fix this issue? Whenever someone tries to call me I can't answer their calls, I am not able to speak or click my mic, it is not clickable/disabled.

Here are some steps you can take.

1. Run the diagnostics tool from your Samsung Members app. It includes a test for your microphone that can determine if it is damaged in any way.
