Good day, Samsung!

I have a concern regarding my app (phone), as I am not able to click the audio, thus I can't speak it is not clickable seems it is disabled. How to fix this issue? Whenever someone tries to call me I can't proceed to.

I am not quite sure but i think it is because your microphone access on your notification panel is currently off?

How to fix that? Where can I see that option?

Try to scroll down the notification panel, then try to swipe from right to left, look for microphone access button
