Good day, Samsung!

I have a concern regarding my app (phone), as I am not able to click the audio, thus I can't speak it is not clickable seems it is disabled. How to fix this issue? Whenever someone tries to call me I can't proceed to.

Hello, s35! If you're having trouble with the microphone on your Galaxy phone while using an app, here are a few easy steps you can try to get it working smoothly!

Check microphone permission: To allow an app to use the microphone on a Galaxy phone, you can change the app's permissions:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Find and tap the app you want to change
  4. Tap Permissions
  5. Tap Microphone
  6. Tap Allow only while using the app 
     
You can also check which apps have permission to use the microphone by going to Settings > Security and Privacy> Permission Manager

Other reasons why it still won't work might include software glitches and hardware damage, to check you can diagnose microphone issues through the Samsung Members app > Tap Support > Tap Phone Diagnostic or View tests > Mic > Follow the on-screen instructions.
